Refund policy

Due to the unique nature of many of our products, returns, refunds and exchanges are handled on a case by case basis.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Many items sold on this site are collectible and exist in extremely limited quantities, sometimes being one of a kind and cannot be replaced.

However, we will do our best to accommodate requests involving clothing and other non-limited items. In all cases shipping costs are non-refundable and all additional shipping costs (whether to return items or to ship replacements) are the responsibility of the purchaser.
