Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
- We may offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the continental U.S. for a limited time.
- Orders under $100 will be charged a flat shipping rate, calculated at checkout.
- Please note that some larger and heavier items are not eligible for free shipping. These items will incur additional shipping costs, which will be calculated at checkout based on weight and dimensions.
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping: Delivery typically within 5-7 business days after fulfillment within the continental U.S.
- Express Shipping: Available at an additional cost, with delivery typically within 2-3 business days after fulfillment within the continental U.S.
Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States.
- International shipping is available and will be calculated based on current shipping rates at checkout.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.
Shipping Restrictions
- Due to size and weight restrictions, some larger and heavier items are not eligible for free shipping. Additional shipping charges for these items will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
