Technically we are Fuzz on the Lens Productions LLC, but we are much more than that.  We consider ourselves and everybody we work with to be family.

Fuzz on the Lens was born long before any legal papers were filed or even any decent films were made.  This is because we are made up of a group of filmmakers who are friends first and foremost.  We have known each other for years and have been working together for all of them.  Starting with childhood theater and home movies, then progressing through every variety of project including shorts for our high school TV studio and full-length documentaries and films in college; little by little we honed our craft and gained extremely valuable experience.  Today, entertainment is our business, but that is not why we do what we do.  We do it because we love it, and we have a passion for it.  We enjoy nothing more than sharing our talent with an audience and seeing them be entertained.

Due to a number of circumstances, we cannot guarantee the time it will take to process your order. However, if all of your items are in stock then orders are generally processed in 3 to 5 business days.

After your order is processed you will receive an email confirming that it has and including your order's tracking number. Certain items ship from different locations and you may receive multiple different confirmations and tracking numbers. Even if the tracking number has been sent, it may not means that the order is in the possession of the shipper yet, or in the shipper's system. That is normal so please allow time for the tracking information to become available.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Many items sold on this site are collectible and exist in extremely limited quantities, sometimes being one of a kind and cannot be replaced. Due to the unique nature of many of our products, returns, refunds and exchanges are handled on a case by case basis.
